Brigadier Proving Ground:
We need good people who can lead UCOS forward in a good direction. When you have a rank of Brigadier, your goal is solely to catch up and become Co-leader. You will work alongside other people from Commanders Lounges. You will be tested in how you will manage and develop the clan. See the hierarchy tree in Commanders Lounges here.

Requirements:

• You are over 16 years of ages
• You are calm in every situations and also when you communicate
• You have a great overview of the team when you are gaming
• You do not start trash talk against other players, but you defend the clan if we are attacked

UCOS leader spirit:
Your natural responsibility on the pitch should hopefully be in place. Let’s see if you have what it takes.

Website:
You will be trained in the basics of our website. You will be tested in the construction of posts and maintenance of our site.

Loyalty:
This is the toughest test. You must prove to us that you are worth spending time on and you are ready to be Co-leader of the clan.

Silent Teamwork:
Work in silence on the battlefield. Communicate only with your own behavior on the pitch, make them understand it.

Will of steel:
Your team no longer believe in victory, you must go out and make a difference.

Lone Ranger:
You are alone on the battlefield. Fight the enemy with all your abilities.

Team Command:
We look at how you manage a team.

Recruitment:
Recruit suitable members to the clan.
